A Night Prayer

Jesus Christ, my God, I adore You and thank You for all the graces You have given me this day. I offer You my sleep and all the moments of this night. I place myself and all my loved ones, wherever they may be, in Your sacred side and under the mantle of Our Blessed Mother. Let Your holy angels stand watch and keep us in peace. Amen.

When God is Silent: Finding Spiritual Peace Amidst The Storms of Life

Today’s Meditation

“As an audience maintains silence to hear better the voice of an orator, as music lovers keep silence during a symphony to admire its artistic beauty, so the silence of contemplation is nothing other than the indispensable condition for hearing the voice of God and addressing to Him our heartfelt words.” —Luis M. Martinez, p. 37

Examination of Conscience

The daily examination of conscience is an ancient Catholic practice. It’s very simple, and it’s designed to help us identify our sins and weaknesses so that we can improve and grow stronger in the spiritual life, while providing an excellent ongoing preparation for regular Confession. It consists of taking a few minutes at the end of the day to prayerfully review our actions in the light of God’s commandments, followed by the Act of Contrition.

Reflect on the victories and losses

Actively reflecting on the high and low points of the day can help you live more intentionally and bring a renewed sense of resolve into the following day.

  • Review your actions, words, and thoughts today. Did you actively guard yourself against temptation? Where did sin creep in?
  • In what moments did you practice virtue and moral courage?
  • Were you attuned to the Holy Spirit’s promptings today? Where did you feel His inspiration?
  • Ask Him for the graces necessary to follow His Will more purposefully tomorrow.

 Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of Thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen.

 Practice gratitude

It is God’s love that has brought you into existence and to this exact moment. Practice looking for His hand in your day.

  • Where did you feel His loving gaze upon you today?
  • What people or moments helped you see God in your life?
  • Thank God for all these moments!
  • Ask Him to help you recognize His blessings and providence tomorrow.

 Renew your commitment to Christ

Remember: our Faith is founded upon a Person—Christ! Renew your personal love and devotion to Him.

  • Thank God for the gift of His Son Jesus and our call to be His disciples.
  • Tell the Lord of your desire to know Christ more personally.
  • If possible, set an intention for your day tomorrow. Ask Our Lord to guide you in this act.
  • Pray a Hail Mary, Our Father, or another beloved prayer.

Rest with God

In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for Thou alone, O Lord, makest me dwell in safety. — Psalm 4:8

This company’s sales are up 28% year over year. It holds over 30,000 patents in wireless and video technology. And it just earned an A-rating in my proprietary Stock Grader system.

That’s the same system that helped me flag Nvidia back in 2005 — before its 82,000% run.

In fact, this system has identified the top-performing S&P 500 stock for 12 years running. Over the years, it has cost me $9 million to build and maintain. And right now, it’s flashing its highest possible rating on this AI play.

Aeluma’s Market Is Laser-Focused on Fresh Highs—Here’s Why

Author: Thomas Hughes. Posted: 4/20/2026.

Aeluma logo displayed on a semiconductor chip in a laboratory setting.

KEY POINTS

  • Aeluma’s momentum builds as new government contracts help speed up the time to commercialization.
  • Analysts and institutions underpin stock price action in 2026, suggesting new highs can be set.
  • April news triggered short-covering, signaling a bottom for this market and limited downside risks.
  • Special ReportYou’re Being LIED To About The Iran War (From Banyan Hill Publishing)

Aeluma’s (NASDAQ: ALMU) market is focused on fresh highs after management accelerated its execution strategy and pathway to commercialization. A recent U.S. government contract worth $4 million provided non-dilutive funding to advance its heterogeneous integration platform—a term for one of the most advanced semiconductor packaging approaches available.

The company’s processes combine specialized components into a single device, including its proprietary compound semiconductor technology, and Aeluma is positioning that technology to address growing AI and data-center needs.

AI today faces constraints such as data transmission bottlenecks. Aeluma’s photonics and laser technologies are poised to help solve that problem. Quantum computers won’t replace AI or data centers; instead, quantum dot lasers can enable high-speed optical data transmission that outperforms today’s standards while using less energy. One advantage of quantum lasers is speed—fast enough to support packet switching optically without repeated electrical conversions.

Aeluma News Triggers Short-Covering

Aeluma’s mid-April announcement produced a strong market reaction that appears to have been at least partly driven by short-covering. Short interest was rising ahead of the release: the late-March figure was nearly 20% higher than the prior month, both in share count and dollar value. That set the stage for short sellers to cover, reducing short interest and contributing to the price rebound. A risk remains that some short sellers will re-establish positions at higher levels given the company’s limited revenue and remaining commercialization hurdles.

The price action following the news has been bullish, reflecting both fundamentals and short-covering dynamics. Key technical details include firm support around $13 and indicators suggesting upside continuation. A long upper shadow points to resistance in the $18–$20 area that could cap near-term gains, while a record volume spike in early April—more than four times the previous high—signals a high-conviction rebound and increases the probability that short sellers have exited or reduced positions.

Aeluma is in rebound mode after a new contract win

The next visible catalyst is the fiscal Q3 2026 earnings report, expected in early May. Revenue is forecast to remain roughly flat at about $1.35 million, so investors will be watching management’s strategic updates—progress toward commercialization, any delays, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements—more than the top-line number itself.

Significant revenue ramp is not expected until late 2028, but revenue should begin to accelerate next year as manufacturing and other technologies start contributing. Deals like the recent U.S. government contract are improving the outlook, as shown in analyst trend data. MarketBeat tracks five analysts covering the stock; coverage has increased over recent quarters. Sentiment is currently Moderate Buy with an 80% buy-side bias, and consensus price targets have held near $25 since the IPO in early 2025—implying more than 25% upside from mid-April support levels.

Insiders and Institutions Increase Aeluma Volatility in 2026

Insiders have been selling ALMU stock in 2026. That activity is a near-term headwind for the share price but not necessarily a major red flag: insiders, including the CEO and a director, still collectively own more than 20% of the company, and institutional buying has helped offset some of the selling pressure.

Institutions also own over 20% of the shares and have been accumulating since the IPO. It’s likely insiders will continue to sell some shares to realize gains while institutions maintain or increase positions. The largest institutional holders include fund managers such as Vanguard and BlackRock, each holding modest single-digit stakes.

The biggest risk for ALMU investors is execution. With meaningful revenue and profits still some years away, delays could be sharply reflected in the stock price, while positive milestones could drive rapid upside. Other risks include customer concentration—current revenue depends largely on government research contracts—and dilution. The company will likely need additional capital before full commercialization and has already increased share count significantly in FY2026 (over 50%), a factor that has contributed to elevated short interest.

Aeluma’s primary corporate partners are Tower Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TSEM) and Sumitomo Chemical (OTCMKTS: SOMMY). Tower provides foundry and fabrication support to help scale production, while Sumitomo Chemical Advanced Technology assists with materials and supply-chain issues. Those partnerships help position Aeluma for long-term success; the remaining question is how long it will take to reach that point..

ADVERTORIAL

7,000+ Insiders Moved Early. Now the Window Is Open to Everyone Else.

  • Immersed created Visor, the world’s lightest 4K-per-eye Spatial Computer, enabling over 1.5M professionals to work from anywhere in a visual-first workspace.
  • Immersed has already generated over $7M in revenue, and over 75,000 people are on the waitlist for the Visor to scale to mass production later this year.
  • The deadline for this current price is May 14th, opt in for the future of Spatial Computing today.

Before a company goes public, the people closest to the technology make their move.

Previous Intel CEO, Pat Gelsinger, and football Hall of Famer, Tim Tebow, invested in Immersed. So did founders and executives from Facebook, SailPoint, and Reddit. They did not invest in a concept or a prototype, they invested in a company with over 1.5M users, over $7M in revenue, and the No. 1 work app in the Meta Quest Store.

Immersed built the defining productivity platform for Spatial Computing, the tech replacing the screen as the primary interface for professional work. Current power users average up to 60 hours per week inside the platform. Users have collectively logged the equivalent of over 2,000 years of professional working hours inside Immersed.

Now the company is moving toward a public listing. The NASDAQ ticker $IMRS has been reserved. Over $29M has been raised from more than 7,000+ investors across multiple funding rounds.

Visor, Immersed’s purpose-built Spatial Computing visor, is lighter than a smartphone. It delivers 4K-per-eye resolution, 2M more pixels than Apple Vision Pro, at roughly a third of the price. Over 75,000 people are on the waitlist, and first-year revenue from Visor is projected at $71 million.

Major tech companies like Meta, Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Samsung have already recognized this market opportunity, but Immersed is the team positioned to own the space.

This is not early-stage speculation. This is a company with validated technology, real revenue, and institutional-grade validation from people who know this market best.

Pre-IPO shares are $0.72 today. The price deadline is May 14th at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Minimum investment: $999, through a Regulation A+ offering. Investors can earn up to 20% bonus shares based on investment size.

Gosar Secures Four Key Amendments in House-Passed Farm Bill

This week, I voted in favor of H.R. 7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act, better known as the Farm Bill — a comprehensive, forward-looking bill that strengthens American agriculture, supports our farmers and ranchers, and advances responsible conservation efforts.

At its core, the Farm Bill delivers stability and certainty for the men and women who feed our nation. It invests in rural communities, protects our food supply, and ensures that conservation programs remain practical, effective, and grounded in real-world conditions.

I was also pleased that the following four amendments I introduced were included in the final package—each addressing critical issues impacting Arizona and the country:

  • Amendment 15 – Supporting Arizona Water Security
This amendment ensures that Arizona farmers are not left behind as we address ongoing water shortages tied to Mexico’s failure to meet its obligations under the 1944 Water Treaty. It directs USDA to fully assess and report on available tools to support Arizona producers facing real economic losses. This is about fairness, accountability, and standing with farmers navigating challenges beyond their control.
  • Amendment 16 – Fair Treatment for Ranchers
For years, ranchers in the Southwest have faced unrealistic federal standards when seeking compensation for livestock lost to predators like the Mexican wolf. This amendment restores a commonsense approach by allowing multiple forms of evidence to verify losses, ensuring ranchers are treated fairly and not penalized by impractical rules.
  • Amendment 185 – Humane and Responsible Research Standards
This provision brings the USDA in line with other federal agencies by prohibiting funding for the most painful experiments on dogs and cats where no pain relief is provided. It promotes humane treatment while maintaining flexibility for truly necessary research, ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and ethically.
  • Amendment 188 – Protecting National Security and Taxpayer Dollars
This amendment places critical guardrails on USDA-funded research conducted in adversarial nations like China and Russia. It ensures that taxpayer dollars are not used in ways that could jeopardize national security, requiring strong justification and congressional oversight for any such funding.

Taken together, these provisions reflect a broader commitment: to support American agriculture, defend rural livelihoods, promote humane and accountable policies, and safeguard our national interests.

This Farm Bill is about more than policy—it is about people. It strengthens the foundation of American agriculture while ensuring that farmers, ranchers, and producers have the tools they need to succeed today and into the future.

Click here to watch me speak on the floor of the House of Representativesin support of these amendments.

fisa

HELL NO to Warrantless Spying: Defending the Fourth Amendment

This week, I voted HELL NO on reauthorizing FISA.

Let’s stop pretending this is complicated. It isn’t.

Section 702 has been used to spy on Americans without a warrant. That is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment—full stop. The Constitution does not say “unless it’s convenient for the FBI.” It says the government must get a warrant.

What’s happening today is exactly what the Founders warned about: a federal government claiming broad power to search Americans’ private communications first and ask permission later.

And the abuses are not hypothetical—they are well documented. Federal agencies have run improper searches on Americans, including political figures, journalists, and thousands of ordinary citizens. Time and again, Washington promises reforms. Time and again, those promises fell short.

Enough. Conservatives should be leading the charge against this—not defending it. A government that can spy on its own people without a warrant is a government that has already gone too far.

And then the Senate made a bad situation worse.  The House passed a three-year FISA bill that included a ban on a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)—a critical firewall against government control of your money.  However, the Senate refused to accept it because of that provision.  Instead, they forced through a 45-day extension of FISA that stripped the CBDC ban completely. That’s not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable.

The Senate chose to preserve unchecked surveillance powers while killing a key protection for financial privacy. They are wrong, and the American people should know it.

Here’s why the CBDC fight matters:A Central Bank Digital Currency would give the federal government direct control over a digital dollar—allowing it to track transactions, monitor behavior, and potentially restrict how your money is used.

Think about that. No cash. No anonymity. Total visibility.

If you believe in limited government, you should be deeply concerned. A CBDC is a tool for financial surveillance and control, plain and simple.  Pair that with warrantless spying authority, and you’ve created a system where the federal government can watch what you say and what you spend.

That’s not America. That’s a surveillance state.

Finally, I want to thank the nearly 2,200 constituents who responded to my snap poll this week. The result wasn’t even close: nearly 89% opposed reauthorizing FISA in its current form.

The people get it—even if the Swamp doesn’t.

I will always stand on the side of the Constitution, your privacy, and your freedom.

border

Border Security Restored: Enforcement Works, Chaos Ends

New border data released this week makes one thing crystal clear: when America enforces its laws, the crisis ends. New reporting shows illegal “got-aways” have plunged by a staggering 97 percent compared to the peak years of the Biden administration—dropping from over 2,000 per day to fewer than 50 nationwide.

These results didn’t happen by accident. They are the direct result of President Trump’s decisive leadership, stronger enforcement, and a clear message that the days of catch-and-release are over.  With targeted operations like “Operation Agile Shield” and a renewed commitment to consequences, Border Patrol has driven illegal crossings and releases to historic lows, including months with zero releases into the interior.

This stands in stark contrast to the Biden-era policies that fueled chaos—record crossings, hundreds of thousands of got-aways, and a system that incentivized illegal entry.

As I have often, sovereignty matters. A secure border protects American communities, restores the rule of law, and ensures that legal immigration—not lawlessness—defines our nation’s future.

Why not surprise mom with a free subscription to the Gosar Weekly Newsletter? It’s an easy way to keep her in the loop on what’s happening in Washington and back home—no wrapping paper required. More than 175,000 people are already signed up, and joining takes just a click. This year, give mom something thoughtful, useful, and lasting—she just might thank you for it.

⚠ Warning!!  The Gosar Weekly Newsletter is meant for discerning readers with above-average intelligence.  We link to interesting stories.  We get stories a couple different ways: Google alerts, a third-party aggregator and sometimes readers send stuff.  We don’t vouch for every publication or every author.  If we link to a story, it is because of that story. The views expressed in any of the publications do not represent any promotion, endorsement or reflection of Congressman Gosar’s views.  While we try our best, we cannot guarantee every news organization spouting hatred, animosity or divisiveness will be filtered from appearing in the Gosar Weekly Newsletter.  We will endeavor to prevent that from happening by never linking to Fake News organizations including CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Rolling Stone, the Arizona Republic, the Arizona Mirror, Media Matters or the New Republic. WEBSITE |  UNSUBSCRIBE |  CONTACT MEShare on Facebook | Share on TwitterWashington, DC Office
